Detached debug info (source map) for agile

Detached DWARF/XCOFF debug information for agile, split out of the shipped (stripped) binary. Install alongside agile and point gdb/dbx at /QOpenSys/pkgs/lib/debug for remote debugging (the #229 split-debug model).
