Agile — the branded nginx BINARY (debug) for IBM i (Agile/1.30.4)

The branded nginx (Agile/1.30.4) PASE binary, debug variant, under /QOpenSys/agile/versions/0.7.3. This package is the BINARY ONLY — the ILE service layer (AGILE_V1 + AG_ADM/SVC/WEB profiles) is the separate `agile-ile` package, and each dynamic module is its own `agile-module-*` package. Install `agile` (which pulls `agile-ile`), then AGCRTSVR a server. Existing servers keep running their pinned binary until AGUPDSVR. Debug variant (separately installable alongside opt): compiled for debugging; symbols detached to agile-devel-debuginfo; the shipped binary is stripped.
