Agile ILE service layer (ce/opt) — the AG_CE_V1 master library + run-as profiles + the ile_pass module

The Agile ILE service layer (ce edition): the AG_CE_V1 master library (AGADMSVC/AGSQL/AGPRIVSVC/AGTELE/ collector/CJSON and the AG* commands), shipped as a SAVF (ag_ce_v1.savf) and restored in %post, plus the AG_ADM/SVC/WEB run-as profiles+groups and the AGPRIVSVC broker (AG_SECOFR), AND the bonded ile_pass dynamic module (ngx_http_ile_pass_module.so) that bridges every request into the ILE plane. nginx and ile_pass do not work without each other, so they ship together. This is what AGCRTSVR snapshots per server (CRTDUPOBJ into a server library). Install `agile` (the binary, which Requires this) then AGCRTSVR a server.
